Trials and subscriptions to Paired Premium are set to renew automatically.
If you don’t want your subscription to renew, you need to cancel it at least 24 hours before it’s set to renew. If you cancel your trial or your subscription any later, you might still be charged for it as the payment could already be underway.
The cancellation process will depend on the flow you followed to purchase Paired Premium. This article will help you amend your membership:

To amend your subscription or your trial:
Access the Settings, from the Us tab
Tap Manage Subscription
Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the steps on the screen
Please note that if you signed up via the app directly, your membership was processed through your Play Store or Apple ID (depending on the device you’re using). You’ll need to confirm the cancellation in your Google/Apple account settings - you will be redirected there by selecting Cancel Subscription on the following screen:
If the Cancel Subscription button is not visible and there is an Expiry date mentioned on this page instead of a Renewal date, it typically indicates that the membership has already been cancelled and will not renew.
