Paired is meant for two! It means that one purchase or subscription will give both partners access to the Premium features of the app.

In some cases, the membership status doesn't sync correctly and only the paying partner can access Paired Premium, while the second user is locked out of these features.

To help with this, the partner who initiated the membership needs to restore purchases, by going into the in-app Settings:

By doing so, both users will see their subscription status reevaluated in order to access Paired Premium with no issue.
