If you get in touch with Customer Support via email, we might ask you for your Paired ID (your ID is automatically attached to your Support request if you message us directly via the app). In some situations, we might also need your partner’s Paired ID.
The Paired ID is a list of 28 letters and numbers which is used as a unique identifier for your Paired profile. Here’s how you can find it:
Go to the Us tab and tap on the cog icon at the top right of the screen to access the Settings menu.
Once in the Settings, tap on Copy Paired ID for it to be automatically copied to your clipboard.
Get out of the app and paste your ID into your next message to us by doing a long-press on the screen until the option “Paste” appears.
