If you're having adding photos to the app, it's possible that your app may not be up-to-date, or your device may not have granted the app permission to access the camera and photos. Don't worry, we've got some troubleshooting steps to help you out!
Troubleshooting Steps:
Update your app! You can find guidance on how to manually update your app here if you're on iPhone, and here if you're on Android. If you can't see an update in the Play Store, please make sure to clear its cache by following these steps.
Check app permissions: Make sure that the app has permission to access your camera and photos. This is required to take photos and upload them to the app. Here's how to do it on iOS and Android devices:
On iOS:
Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera/Photos.
Check if Paired is listed and enabled.
On Android:
Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > Paired.
Tap Permissions and check if the app has permission to access the camera and storage, and photos.
By following these steps, you should be able to fix the issue and upload photos to your profile. If you need further assistance, please let us know with a description of the problem and a screenshot of any error message you see. We'll make sure to investigate further!
